Data Deletion Instructions

1. Delete your AI CRM account / workspace data

Workspace admins: email privacy@aicrm.com from your registered admin address with subject “Data deletion request”, your full name, workspace/company name, and whether you want (a) specific contacts/messages deleted or (b) full account closure.

We will verify ownership, then delete or anonymize personal data and Meta Platform Data we store for that workspace, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. You will receive a confirmation code by email.

2. Delete end-customer messaging data

If you messaged a business that uses AI CRM: contact that business first. If needed, email privacy@aicrm.com with the business name and your WhatsApp phone number (or Messenger/Instagram id). We will help locate and remove data we hold when permitted.

3. Remove Facebook / Instagram app access

Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove AI CRM (or the app name shown in Meta App Dashboard). If our app implements Meta’s Data Deletion Request Callback, Meta will notify us and we will process deletion of Platform Data tied to your user id.

4. Status of a request

Email privacy@aicrm.com with your confirmation code to ask for status. Typical completion window is within 30 days of verification.
