How to get API access

1. 1Convert Instagram to a Professional account and link it to a Facebook Page.
2. 2Enable Instagram / Messenger products on your Meta app.
3. 3Obtain the Instagram Business Account ID (Graph API or Business settings).
4. 4Use a Page access token that can message that Instagram account.
5. 5Paste values into CRM → Settings → Instagram Configuration.
6. 6Open Instagram Chat — simulate inbound locally, or connect live messaging webhooks when ready.
