• keyPage Access Token (pages_messaging)
• keyOptional display name / account ID
• keyGraph API version

How to get API access

1. 1In Meta for Developers, add the Messenger product to your app.
2. 2Connect your Facebook Page and generate a Page access token with messaging permissions.
3. 3Copy the Page ID from Page settings or Meta Business Suite.
4. 4Paste Page ID and Access Token into CRM → Settings → Facebook Configuration.
5. 5Open Facebook Chat. Use Simulate inbound for local testing, or wire live Page webhooks later.
6. 6From chat, use Convert to Lead, Convert to Sale, and Send catalog.
